As the Human Resources Manager at our Fulham Correctional Centre in Sale, you will be part of a strong supportive and collaborative senior management team, with a focus on achieving results and ensuring, that best people practices continue to be fostered and developed through various programs, systems and processes.
This is a broad generalist role that will see you managing a small team of professionals and being directly responsible for performance and remuneration, industrial relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, work health and safety, workers compensation, payroll and rostering, as well as, the development and implementation of various strategies, programs and initiatives.
In order to succeed in this position, you will posses proven management experience in the above, which will be supported by relevant tertiary qualifications, with a drive for excellence and developing people to reach their best potential.
